Worldwide delivery

Clear separation between sourcing, dispatch and transit.

Industrial components may be available from stock, require transfer from a supplier, or need project sourcing. We therefore confirm product preparation separately from carrier transit whenever possible.

We confirm stock, sourcing status or estimated lead time for the ordered model.

Payment and details checked

Payment, delivery address, contact details and any export information are verified.

Packed and dispatched

Goods are packed for the selected service and tracking is supplied when available.

Import and delivery

The carrier and local customs authority complete destination clearance and delivery.

Timing

Lead time is not the same as transit time.

Lead time Time needed to source, transfer, inspect or prepare the product before dispatch.
Transit time Carrier estimate after collection. It may change because of destination, service, weather or customs.
Delivery date An estimate unless TURLL expressly confirms a guaranteed service in writing.

Customs & import

Destination requirements remain order-specific.

Unless the quotation or order confirmation states otherwise, the recipient is responsible for import licenses, duties, taxes, brokerage and local compliance. Provide the correct legal name, tax/import number and delivery contact before dispatch. Restricted destinations, products or end uses may require additional review or prevent shipment.

  • Review local voltage, certification and import restrictions

On arrival

Inspect the shipment before installation.

  1. Check the outer package. Record visible damage before signing where carrier procedures allow.
  2. Photograph the package and labels. Keep all packaging until the issue is resolved.
  3. Verify model and quantity. Do not install or energize an incorrect or damaged item.
  4. Report promptly. Send the order number, tracking number, photos and a clear description.

Which carriers do you use?

DHL, FedEx, UPS and other suitable services may be used depending on origin, destination, package, value and service availability. The selected route is confirmed for the order.

Do you ship to every country?

We serve many international destinations, but availability depends on sanctions, export controls, carrier service, product restrictions and local import rules. Contact us before ordering for a restricted or unusual destination.

Can I use my own carrier account?

This may be possible by prior agreement. Provide the carrier, account details, service level and collection instructions before order confirmation.

What happens if customs delays the shipment?

We can provide reasonable shipment documents and coordinate with the carrier, but customs decisions and destination clearance times are outside TURLL control.
