Warranty depends on the product and confirmed sales terms.
The applicable warranty period and remedy are stated on the product listing, quotation, invoice or order confirmation. “Up to one year” does not mean every item carries a one-year warranty. Manufacturer warranty, TURLL commercial warranty, new-surplus and refurbished products may follow different conditions.
Return process
Obtain authorization before shipping.

Provide the order number, model, serial number where available, fault description, photos or test evidence.
Receive instructions
We confirm eligibility, return address, packaging requirements and the RMA or reference number.
Return securely
Use suitable anti-static and protective packaging, include the authorization reference and retain tracking.
Inspection and resolution
After inspection, the available remedy may be repair, replacement, credit or refund, subject to the agreed terms.

Installation and use
- Incorrect wiring, voltage, environment or configuration

- Accident, misuse, contamination, corrosion or surge damage

- Broken seals, unauthorized repair or modification
- Missing labels, serial numbers, accessories or packaging where required
- Normal wear, consumables or cosmetic issues not affecting function
Wrong, damaged or missing items
Report before installation and keep the packaging.
Send photos of the outer carton, shipping label, internal packing, product label and damage, together with the order and tracking references. Carrier claims often have short reporting windows, so notify us as soon as possible after delivery.

Can I return an item because I ordered the wrong model?
Contact us immediately. Unused standard-stock goods may be considered for return at TURLL discretion, but special-order, sourced, software, configured, opened or non-cancellable items may not be returnable. Restocking and non-recoverable costs may apply.
Who pays return shipping?
Responsibility depends on the reason for return and the approved instructions. Do not send freight collect unless TURLL expressly authorizes it.
Can I return a product to an address shown on an old invoice or website page?
No. Always use the return address supplied with the current authorization. Returns sent without approval or to the wrong address may be delayed or refused.
How long does inspection take?
Timing depends on the product, fault, test requirements and whether manufacturer or supplier assessment is needed. We will provide updates when the inspection route is confirmed.
