Available checkout methods depend on currency, billing country, transaction value and payment-provider approval. B2B customers may also receive a pro-forma invoice for bank transfer.

Every return requires prior authorization. Eligibility, warranty period, inspection route and shipping responsibility depend on the product, condition, listing and agreed order terms.

Do I need an account before placing an order?
Guest checkout may be available, but an account makes it easier to review orders, manage addresses and repeat purchases. Quote requests do not require an account.
Where can I see my order history?
Sign in to My Account and open the Orders section. Orders placed outside the website may not appear automatically; contact sales with the invoice or purchase-order reference.
I cannot sign in. What should I do?
Use the password-reset link on the sign-in page. Check spam folders for the reset email and confirm that you are using the same email address used at checkout. Never send your password to TURLL.
Can I change the billing or delivery address?
Saved addresses can be edited in My Account. For an order already submitted, contact us immediately; changes may not be possible after processing or dispatch.
