Want to change or cancel an order? As long as your order is still pending, no problem at all. Log in to your account, go to My Orders and check the order status. Best to give us a call though, if you want to change your order. However, if your order has already been processed and is about to be dispatched, changing or canceling your order is no longer possible. What you can do is refuse to accept the delivery at your doorstep. Means the parcel will be returned to us, and we’ll refund any money you’ve already paid.

We check product availability and provide you with the shipping details. And you can make credit card payments if you wish (not available in all countries). If the instant payment option isn’t available, or if you do not want to pay right away, we’ll email you a proforma invoice, to be paid via BACS/bank transfer.

Wrap up the item appropriately, enclose a copy of the invoice, state the reason why you are returning the item and post it to Turll Limited Customer Care Department, 12 Science and Technology W Ave, Science Park, Hong Kong Postage refunds are limited to items returned to make a warranty claim. Please send us your receipt of postage paid. N.B. In order to be eligible for a shipping refund you need to choose the most cost-effective carrier which, in most cases, is the national postal service of your country. Don’t forget to provide your bank details, to enable us to credit your account. If the returned faulty item is oversized or exceeds the postal weight limits please get in touch so that we can work out a mutually agreeable shipping method.
