1. Product information
We take reasonable care with model numbers, descriptions and images, but manufacturer information can change and images may be illustrative. The customer must verify suitability, compatibility, certification, language, revision, voltage and application before ordering. Brand names and trademarks belong to their owners and do not imply authorization unless expressly stated.
2. Quotations and prices
Quotes are valid for the period stated and may be withdrawn before acceptance. Prices exclude taxes, duties, brokerage and delivery unless expressly included. Obvious pricing or data errors may be corrected before acceptance.
3. Order acceptance
A website order or purchase order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when TURLL issues an order confirmation or otherwise accepts in writing. We may decline or request clarification for availability, compliance, payment, pricing, destination or product-risk reasons.
4. Payment
Payment is due using the method and currency shown at checkout or on the invoice. Bank charges and currency-conversion costs are the customer’s responsibility unless agreed otherwise. TURLL may suspend processing until cleared funds and required information are received.
5. Availability and lead time
Stock and lead-time information are estimates until confirmed. Special-order and obsolete parts can depend on third-party suppliers. TURLL will communicate material changes and available options, but is not liable for delay outside reasonable control to the extent permitted by law.
6. Delivery, title and risk
Delivery terms, carrier and destination obligations are stated in the order documents. Unless otherwise agreed, the customer is responsible for accurate import information and destination charges. Risk and title transfer according to the agreed shipping/payment terms and applicable law. See Shipping & Delivery .
7. Inspection, returns and warranty
Inspect goods promptly and report shortages, incorrect items or visible damage with evidence. Returns require prior authorization. Warranty period and remedy depend on the product and order terms. See Warranty & Returns .
8. Cancellation
Cancellation requires TURLL approval once an order is accepted. Special-order, sourced, configured, opened or non-cancellable goods may not be cancelled. Approved cancellations may include non-recoverable supplier, payment, restocking or logistics costs.
9. Compliance and permitted use
The customer must comply with import/export controls, sanctions, product-safety rules and end-use restrictions. Products must not be acquired for prohibited users, destinations or uses. TURLL may request end-user or compliance information and may refuse a transaction.
10. Liability
Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, TURLL is not liable for indirect, special or consequential loss, lost profit, production loss or business interruption. Any aggregate liability relating to a product or order is limited to the amount paid for the affected item, unless a mandatory law requires otherwise.
11. Website and intellectual property
Website content is provided for lawful product research and purchasing. Automated extraction that burdens the service, misuse of accounts, security interference, fraudulent activity and unauthorized reuse of protected content are prohibited.
12. Force majeure
Neither party is liable for failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including carrier disruption, supplier failure, natural events, conflict, epidemic, cyber incident, government action or import/export restriction, provided reasonable notice and mitigation are used where practicable.
13. Privacy
Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy and any form-specific collection notice.
14. Governing law
Unless mandatory consumer law or a written agreement requires otherwise, these terms and disputes are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and the Hong Kong courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
