When using the INOX frame with protective film, areas are opened up where on the front an increased degree of protection up to IP69 is required.
INOX frames can be used when installing Unified Comfort Panels, Industrial Thin Clients, Industrial Flat Panels, and Industrial PCs.
Protective covers
With a protective cover the complete panel front can be additionally protected. This gives IP65 degree of protection to the complete panel front.
Protective covers with IP65 degree of protection provide complete front protection of the panel and IPC against dirt and scratches.
If the protective cover is now attacked by corrosive substances, the actual front of the device remains unaffected. If it is damaged, the protective cover can easily be replaced at any time.
Self-adhesive protective films are available for simple display protection.
The protective covers can be kept clean using high-pressure cleaning equipment.
Ready-made templates can be downloaded to help you create and print out your own low-cost frame designs between panel and protective cover.
Unfortunately, no protective covers are available for the Basic and Comfort Panels, or the IPCs.
Dust caps
It is also possible to dustproof unused or rarely used interfaces on the back or underside of the device.
