Why doesn't your webshop accept my VAT number?
Our system can only process european VAT numbers in the correct format matching the country of the billing address.
The VAT field is not mandatory. If you do not have a european VAT number just leave it blank and proceed.

Can I review a product?

Log on to our website, go to the relevant product page, scroll down to Product Reviews and click “Write New Review”.
Please stick to rating the product. If you want to review the delivery service or our customer support, you can do so using the Trusted Shop website. Look out for the email we send you after your item has been delivered.
