This can be done by either saving the email as a .msg file and then emailing the file, or by following one of the methods below.
Select the email then click on the ‘More’ icon in the ‘Respond’ tab and then ‘Forward as Attachment’.
Outlook 2007 & 2010
Right-click the message, select ‘More Actions’ and then click the ‘Forward as Attachment’ option.
Outlook Express / Windows Mail
Right-click the message that you want to forward. In the context menu, click ‘Forward as Attachment’.
Select the email then under the ‘View’ menu, select ‘Message’ > ‘Long headers’ (or ‘Show all headers’) then click ‘Forward’.
