Can I change or cancel my order?
Want to change or cancel an order?
As long as your order is still pending, no problem at all. Log in to your account, go to My Orders and check the order status. Best to give us a call though, if you want to change your order.
However, if your order has already been processed and is about to be dispatched, changing or canceling your order is no longer possible. What you can do is refuse to accept the delivery at your doorstep. Means the parcel will be returned to us, and we’ll refund any money you’ve already paid.

We check product availability and provide you with the shipping details. And you can make credit card payments if you wish (not available in all countries). If the instant payment option isn’t available, or if you do not want to pay right away, we’ll email you a proforma invoice, to be paid via BACS/bank transfer.

I need technical advice
Besides our entire product range, our webshop also provides detailed product descriptions, a full list of tech specs and a wide selection of compatible accessories on each individual product detail page. Also shown: product reviews submitted by customers that contain plenty of useful background information.
Moreover, each page contains a tab with free downloads of product-related user manuals, circuit diagrams, manufacturer data sheets and software updates, including for products no longer available at TURLL.

Why doesn’t my item ship to certain countries?
Getting this notification means that the chosen product is classified as HAZMAT and, as a result, needs to be shipped by surface mail. Speaking of which, built-in mobile phone and laptop batteries are very often a reason why items cannot be shipped to other countries.
Does shipping to non-EU countries incur customs duty/import VAT?
Depends on the country you want your order being shipped to. Always best to contact your local customs office before placing an order.
Can I get my order delivered EXW?
Sorry, we don’t offer EXW delivery options in conjunction with UPS, DHL, DPD, TNT or FedEx accounts.
What happens if my order exceeds the weight limit?
If your order qualifies as bulk or measurement cargo, it needs to be handled by specialist carriers. Unfortunately, this will incur extra costs. We’ll provide you with a quote and a delivery date estimate. Any questions? Please get in touch.
How can I redeem a voucher?
Go to your shopping cart, scroll down to the “Have a voucher?” field and type in the discount voucher code. Click “Add voucher”. Done.
One voucher per transaction only.
I would like to export items to a non-European country. Can I reclaim VAT?
Yes, but subject to the following conditions:
- Total invoice amount needs to exceed €75.-
- you can’t be an EU resident
- you need to export the items within three months after purchase (luggage)
- you need to provide a customs export declaration form (original)
- you need to provide proof of your address abroad
If you meet all of the above, we’ll issue a VAT refund.
I am ordering on behalf of a company based in another country within the EU. Will my order be exempt from VAT?
No. You will need to pay the VAT rate that applies to the country of residence of whoever receives the goods, and that regardless of whether you purchase on behalf of a company, or as an individual customer.
Can I use my own PO number when placing an order online?
To order the items added to the shopping basket you need to login to your account using your email address and your password.
After confirming your address (step 2) and choosing a payment method (step 3), you’ll be directed to the “Review & Submit Order” form (step 4) that contains a field where you can type in your own PO number or reference.
