Due to COVID-19 we are experiencing longer lead times for a lot of our products. Also, due to the current situation packages can take segnificantly longer to arrive in some countries! Thank you for being patient.

Want to change or cancel an order?

As long as your order is still pending, no problem at all. Log in to your account, go to My Orders and check the order status. Best to give us a call though, if you want to change your order.

However, if your order has already been processed and is about to be dispatched, changing or canceling your order is no longer possible. What you can do is refuse to accept the delivery at your doorstep. Means the parcel will be returned to us, and we’ll refund any money you’ve already paid.

Want to place orders per email? No problem at all. Just make sure you quote your customer number and the Conrad product codes of the items you are looking for.

We check product availability and provide you with the shipping details. And you can make credit card payments if you wish (not available in all countries). If the instant payment option isn’t available, or if you do not want to pay right away, we’ll email you a proforma invoice, to be paid via BACS/bank transfer.

Getting this notification means that the chosen product is classified as HAZMAT and, as a result, needs to be shipped by surface mail. Speaking of which, built-in mobile phone and laptop batteries are very often a reason why items cannot be shipped to other countries.

If your order qualifies as bulk or measurement cargo, it needs to be handled by specialist carriers. Unfortunately, this will incur extra costs. We’ll provide you with a quote and a delivery date estimate. Any questions? Please get in touch

Go to your shopping cart, scroll down to the “Have a voucher?” field and type in the discount voucher code. Click “Add voucher”. Done.

Yes, but subject to the following conditions:

  • Total invoice amount needs to exceed €75.-
  • you can’t be an EU resident
  • you need to export the items within three months after purchase (luggage)
  • you need to provide a customs export declaration form (original)   
  • you need to provide proof of your address abroad

 If you meet all of the above, we’ll issue a VAT refund.

No.  You will need to pay the VAT rate that applies to the country of residence of whoever receives the goods, and that regardless of whether you purchase on behalf of a company, or as an individual customer.

To order the items added to the shopping basket you need to login to your account using your email address and your password.

After confirming your address (step 2) and choosing a payment method (step 3), you’ll be directed to the “Review & Submit Order” form (step 4) that contains a field where you can type in your own PO number or reference.
