How can I get a copy of my invoice?
Once the goods are dispatched you will receive your invoice via email. Should you have not received such an email please get in touch with us
Can I send you a cheque?
Sorry, we don’t take cheques.
Why do I have to make an advance payment?
In some cases, we may ask for advance payment. Normally, this applies to orders placed by customers without previous purchase history (e.g. first time buyers), or due to high value purchase orders. It’s a business decision, and it’s never personal.
Can I pay on-account?
Yes. On-account payments are available to our business customers upon request.

Can I pay Cash On Delivery?
No, sorry. We don’t offer cash on delivery for cross-border orders. Instead, you may pay with credit card, PayPal or make an advance payment.
Can I pay by Direct Debit?
No. We don’t offer Direct Debit for cross-border payments. Instead, you may pay with credit card, PayPal or make an advance payment.
How do I make an advance payment?
After you’ve placed your order, we send you a proforma invoice. Your items will be reserved for 20 days. Payments to be made via bank transfer.
Please mail us to get our bank account.
You agree to pay any transaction fees levied by your bank (if applicable).
If we do not receive your payment within 7 days, your order will be canceled.
Your order dispatches as soon as your payment has been received.
How do I pay with a credit card? Which credit cards do you accept?
If you opt for credit card payment, after placing your order, you are automatically redirected to Ingenico Payment Services who handle credit card payments on our behalf.
Type in your password as part of the account holder verification process. Apart from you, it’s only your bank that knows the password. Means your personal information is safe.
N.B. Credit card payments are limited to orders placed via our online shop. Your card will be charged at the time we dispatch your order.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, AmEx and Diners Club.
What happens if my order exceeds the weight limit?
If your order qualifies as bulk or measurement cargo, it needs to be handled by specialist carriers. Unfortunately, this will incur extra costs. We’ll provide you with a quote and a delivery date estimate. Any questions? Please get in touch.
How do I pay via PayPal?
Choose the PayPal payment option during checkout. After you’ve submitted your order, you’ll be auto-redirected to the PayPal website. Log in to your account, or set up a new account by simply following the instructions provided on the site. We instantly receive your money and dispatch your items right away (subject to availability). We do not share your bank details with any third party. Moreover, if you are a buyer, PayPal doesn’t charge any transaction fees.

- Safe – your details won’t be passed on to any third party.
- Fast – money transfer only takes a couple of seconds
If you accidentally chose to pay in advance, or if the PayPal option is not available in your country, you may still use PayPal to pay for your order. Log in to PayPal (PAYPAL) and manually complete the transaction. Our PayPal email address is [email protected] However, make sure to send us a separate email quoting your order number and including the PayPal payment confirmation as our accounting software does not automatically log PayPal payments sent to us manually.
