Do you offer global shipping?
We ship to more than 200 countries.
Deliveries exceeding the maximum weight/size require shipment by specialist carriers.
In such cases, we will notify you of the additional costs involved as wells as the estimated delivery time. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.
Do you deduct the VAT for deliveries to the Canary Islands?
Yes, you just have to make sure that you select ‘Canary Islands’ as your country and not Spain. That way our system knows to deduct the VAT and it will also ensure that the invoice will be on the outside of the package for customs.
Can I track my order?
As soon as your order has been dispatched we’ll send you an email with a link to a tracking service that allows you to check on progress. Sadly, in some countries, tracking doesn’t always fully cover the whole process all the way. No need to worry, this doesn’t mean that your order went AWOL.
However, if your order still hasn’t arrived after the quoted delivery date has passed please get in touch.
Can I opt for expedited shipping?
If you require expedited shipping please contact us.
We’ll give you a quote and a delivery date estimate. Afterwards, you can place and pay for your order right over the phone if you like. Only credit card payments can be processed over the phone.
What shipping provider do you use?
How long will it take my order to be delivered?
It takes 10-15 days for most countries, depending on all your chosen delivery methods. Some countries take 1 month.

What are the delivery costs?
The postage is calculated according to the courier method you choose, the weight of the goods, the volume, etc.
