We can deliver goods to most countries and regions in the world.
If there are special circumstances such as war, pestilence in your country or region, please contact us in advance to check whether the goods can be delivered.

We ship to more than 200 countries. 

Deliveries exceeding the maximum weight/size require shipment by specialist carriers.
In such cases, we will notify you of the additional costs involved as wells as the estimated delivery time. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.

Yes, you just have to make sure that you select ‘Canary Islands’ as your country and not Spain. That way our system knows to deduct the VAT and it will also ensure that the invoice will be on the outside of the package for customs. 

As soon as your order has been dispatched we’ll send you an email with a link to a tracking service that allows you to check on progress. Sadly, in some countries, tracking doesn’t always fully cover the whole process all the way. No need to worry, this doesn’t mean that your order went AWOL.

However, if your order still hasn’t arrived after the quoted delivery date has passed please get in touch.     

It takes 10-15 days for most countries, depending on all your chosen delivery methods. Some countries take 1 month.
If you have a requirement for courier time limit, please contact us to confirm the exact courier time.

The postage is calculated according to the courier method you choose, the weight of the goods, the volume, etc.
