Postage refunds are limited to items returned to make a warranty claim. Please send us your receipt of postage paid.
N.B. In order to be eligible for a shipping refund you need to choose the most cost-effective carrier which, in most cases, is the national postal service of your country. Don’t forget to provide your bank details, to enable us to credit your account. If the returned faulty item is oversized or exceeds the postal weight limits please get in touch so that we can work out a mutually agreeable shipping method.
Can I purchase an extended warranty?
Unfortunately extended warranties are not available to customers from abroad.
What is the statutory warranty for your products?
We provide a 2-year warranty on all new products. Refurbished products and display items come with a 1-year warranty. We reserve the right to repair or replace any item. The warranty period commences on the date you receive the item.
What happens to data stored on my device?
If you return a product with built-in memory, such as hard disk drives, USB flash drives, and mobile phones, the following terms apply:
- Keeping the information safe and secure is entirely your responsibility.
- Make sure you delete any personal or otherwise sensitive information, particularly when it comes to personal information of third parties.
- If you can’t delete data as a result of the product being faulty, please let us know that personal information is being stored on the device by stating this on the return slip.

How do I receive a refund for a returned item?
Upon receipt of the returned item, we email you a payment advice. The amount will be credited to your credit card or PayPal account within seven days. If you paid for your order via bank transfer, please send us an email providing your bank details, and your account will be credited accordingly.
How long is the cooling-off period for a purchase?
Due to the Corona Outbreak we have extended the periode in which you have the right to return items your are not satisfied with.
You may return items within 60 days after receipt subject to the products being unused, in perfect original condition and being returned with all components.
However, sealed items which have been unsealed, such as CDs, DVDs, audio/VHS tape, PC games, and PC software cannot be returned. Moreover, the right to cancel does not apply to digital products not contained on a physical storage medium (CD, DVD, etc). The right to cancel does not affect your statutory rights.
How long does it take to process returns?
We aim to process all returns within two working days after receipt.
If you are entitled to a refund, we email you a payment advice. The amount will be credited to your credit card or PayPal account within seven days. If you paid for your order via bank transfer, please send us an email providing your bank details, and your account will be credited accordingly.
In the case of the returned item being faulty and you making a warranty claim, we will attempt to repair the product. If the item is beyond repair we’ll send you a replacement product. If the product is beyond repair and has been discontinued, we will refund the purchase price.
If I return an item, do I need to pay postage?
Whether you get a shipping refund depends on the reason you are returning the item.
If you bought the wrong product, or if you don’t want the item you bought any longer, you will need to pay the postage.
However, if we sent you a wrong/faulty item, or if the item stops working within two years from the purchase date, we’ll refund your shipping costs.
