SIMATIC WinCC Unified Runtime
A simple and consistently scalable PC-based visualization system for all applications, from single-user solutions directly on the machine through to complex SCADA solutions.
The basic package includes visualization, communication, alarms/messages, report creation, system structuring, and user administration.
Furthermore, a client for local operation, an additional WinCC Unified Client Operate for remote operator control and monitoring, and a WinCC Unified Client Monitor for monitoring only are also included in the basic package. Additional clients can be enabled with a license.
SIMATIC WinCC Unified is based on native web technologies such as HTML5, SVG and JavaScript. The visualization can be accessed via any modern web browser – without the need for additional installation.
Open interfaces and option packages allow the expansion and implementation of industry-specific application cases. Once created, components can be used comprehensively on all platforms, whether Panel or PC.

Design
SIMATIC WinCC Unified PC is available as a software package with 150, 500, 1 000, 2 500, 5 000, 10 000, 50 000 or 100 000 PowerTags.
Additionally, a license for the maximum number of PowerTags within the system limit is also available. Data points with an external connection are designated as PowerTags.
At the same time, internal tags which are exempt from the PowerTag license are provided at no charge.
The basic system can be extended as required with option packages.
Requirements
SIMATIC WinCC Unified Runtime Station:
The performance is determined primarily by the hardware equipment. A powerful processor and more work memory should be selected for larger projects and visualization tasks, in particular. Depending on the options used, e.g. logging, additional free hard disk memory is required.
