The SIEMENS 6DR5013-0NN01-0AA0 is a high-precision SIPART PS2 smart electropneumatic positioner, designed for single-acting pneumatic linear and part-turn actuators. Engineered for accuracy and durability, it features wear-free, non-contacting position detection (NCS), ensuring longevity and reliability in demanding industrial environments. This variant operates via a 4...20 mA signal and comes with an aluminum enclosure and standard configuration without explosion protection.

It includes an Analog Output Module (AOM) for analog position feedback and supports optional device plug M12 (orderable separately with -Z D53). An isolating power supply (SITRANS I100) is also available as an external accessory. Designed with fail-safe functionality, the actuator depressurizes in the event of auxiliary power failure.

Overview

SIPART PS2 positioners manage valve positioning precisely, based on input setpoint values. They support extensive diagnostics during both online operations and offline scenarios, with optional pressure sensors for advanced diagnostics. Design

The SIPART PS2 comprises:

• Base plate and lid (optionally with inspection window)
• Electronics with various input/output configurations:
  • 4 to 20 mA / 4 to 20 mA with HART
  • PROFIBUS PA & FOUNDATION Fieldbus (IEC 61158‑2)
• Non-contacting position detection (NCS)
• Pneumatic block with right-side connections for supply and actuating pressure

The positioner is mounted using an appropriate kit, and optional add-ons include:

• Analog Output Module (AOM) – 4 to 20 mA feedback
• Digital I/O Module (DIO) – 3 DOs & 1 DI for limit signaling and alarms
• Inductive Limit Switches (ILS) – NAMUR signaling with fault indication
• Mechanical Limit Switches (MLS) – 2 mechanical monitored limits

All modules are electrically isolated and self-monitoring. The SIPART PS2 can also be mounted separately from the actuator, useful in harsh environments. Electrical and pneumatic connections enable remote installation while maintaining accurate control.
