Overview

Design

The SIPART PS2 unit consists of:

• Base plate and lid with or without inspection window
• Electronics supporting 4–20 mA, HART, PROFIBUS PA, and FOUNDATION Fieldbus
• Non-contacting sensor (NCS) or potentiometer for position feedback
• Pneumatic block with side-mounted air connections

Multiple optional modules are supported:

• Analog Output Module (AOM): 4–20 mA position feedback
• Digital I/O Module (DIO): Includes 3 outputs and 1 input for travel limit signals or alarms
• Inductive Limit Switches (ILS): NAMUR signal monitoring with integrated fault indicators
• Mechanical Limit Switches (MLS): Two-position monitoring with built-in diagnostics

All modules are electrically isolated, self-signaling, and easy to retrofit.

Separate Mounting
