The 6DR5213-0EG00-0AA0 SIEMENS SIPART PS2 smart positioner is an advanced electropneumatic control device for single-acting pneumatic actuators. Overview

SIEMENS SIPART PS2 positioners regulate valve position in response to setpoint values in pneumatic systems. Design

The SIPART PS2 includes:

• Pneumatic block with right-side connections for supply and actuation air

Expandable with optional modules:

• Analog Output Module (AOM): 4–20 mA position feedback
• Digital I/O Module (DIO): 3 digital outputs, 1 input, alarm signaling, and safety reactions
• Inductive Limit Switches (ILS): NAMUR-compliant dual limit detection
• Mechanical Limit Switches (MLS): Mechanical dual limit monitoring

All modules are electrically isolated and self-monitoring, making them simple to retrofit.

Separate mounting allows installation in protected zones when ambient conditions near the valve exceed safe levels. Electrical and pneumatic connections make flexible remote integration possible.
