Overview

SIPART PS2 positioners regulate the valve position based on the setpoint value and offer real-time valve diagnostics both online and offline. Design

The SIPART PS2 digital positioner includes:

• Base plate with cover (with or without inspection window depending on variant)
• Electronics with screw terminals (4-20 mA, HART, PROFIBUS PA, FOUNDATION Fieldbus)
• Position feedback via potentiometer or NCS
• Right-side pneumatic connections for air supply and actuation
• Expandable with gauge blocks, boosters, or safety solenoid valves

Mounting is compatible with both linear and rotary actuators using an appropriate kit.

Optional Expansion Modules

SIPART PS2 can be enhanced with the following modules:

• Analog Output Module (AOM): Provides 4-20 mA analog position feedback

• Inductive Limit Switches (ILS): Independent NAMUR-compliant limits with fault indication

Separate Mounting Option
