CP 1625 makes it possible to connect SIMATIC IPCs equipped with a PCI Express slot to PROFINET IRT.
The CP 1625 provides high-performance support for control tasks on the PC in association with the software controller CPU 1507 (F).
With IRT (isochronous real-time), the CP is ideally suited to time-critical applications down to the range of strictly isochronous closed-loop control in the motion control sector.
The integrated 2-port switch supports low-cost system solutions and the configuration of different topologies.
