Overview

SIPART PS2 positioners regulate valve positioning based on control signals in pneumatic systems. The system performs comprehensive diagnostic evaluations during operation or between process cycles.   • Base plate and cover with optional inspection window

  • Pneumatic block for supply air and control output
  • Options for gauge blocks, boosters, solenoids, and safety modules

Optional Expansion

  • Analog Output Module for 4–20 mA position feedback
  • Digital I/O Module with 3 outputs and 1 input for travel limit alarms or valve faults
  • Inductive Limit Switches (ILS) with NAMUR signaling and integrated fault detection
  • Mechanical Limit Switches (MLS) with independent threshold monitoring

Remote Installation

The SIPART PS2 can be remotely installed, electrically and pneumatically linked, allowing operation even in environments with strong vibration, radiation, or electromagnetic interference. This increases equipment longevity and flexibility in plant design.
