Overview

Design

Each SIPART PS2 unit includes:

• Base plate and lid (with or without inspection window depending on model)
• Electronics with terminal options: 4–20 mA, HART, PROFIBUS PA, FOUNDATION Fieldbus
• Non-contacting position feedback via NCS or potentiometer
• Pneumatic block with connections on the right for air supply and actuation

Optional accessories include gauge blocks, safety valves, and interface boosters. Installation is supported with flexible mounting kits for linear or rotary actuators.

Optional Modules

Expandability includes:

• Analog Output Module (AOM): 4–20 mA analog position feedback
• Digital I/O Module (DIO): 3 digital outputs, 1 input for alarms, safety triggers
• Inductive Limit Switches (ILS): NAMUR-compliant with integrated fault indication
• Mechanical Limit Switches (MLS): Dual limit detection with fault indicators

All modules are electrically isolated and easy to retrofit.

Separate Mounting
